Bericote is one of the most active developers of large-scale distribution centres in the UK, having worked with high-profile blue-chip companies, including Rolls-Royce, Ocado and ASDA.
Running for 13 years and continually expanding in size and expertise, they compete with international companies thanks to their flexibility and agile nature.
They are currently developing a new distribution centre in Dartford for a world-leading online company. Transforming a decommissioned power station into c. 97 net acres of prime development land, their aim is to achieve the green repurposing of brownfield sites.
