Understanding and measuring our impact

We will use the following approach to understand the impact of our work.

The Region

We will track change across the places of the Estuary using a wide-ranging set of core indicators which can be tracked to understand needs, opportunities and to focus our delivery and make impact where it’s needed most.

Those core indicators already exist and include social, economic, financial, environmental, financial and commercial metrics.

We are particularly interested to track the impact of ‘Levelling Up’ policies and how they affect Estuary communities.

The Board

We will track the effectiveness of the Board’s voice, influence and actions using a set of bespoke indicators linked to our delivery activities. Those measures will change over time as the Board’s work evolves and grows.

Our Vision

The Green Blue” action plan is our ambitious vision for transforming the Thames Estuary region.
